Coaching is not a medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment and does not replace professional healthcare.

3. Intake and coaching

Before starting a coaching trajectory, an intake conversation usually takes place.

During this conversation the request for help, expectations and objectives are discussed. Power2U reserves the right not to start a coaching trajectory if the request for help falls outside the coach's expertise.

4. Responsibility of parents or legal representatives

For minor clients, the parents or legal representatives are responsible for:

complying with the agreements made.

In case of divorced parents, it is assumed that both parents agree to the coaching, unless otherwise legally determined.

5. Appointments and cancellations

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time.

In case of cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or failure to appear without notice, the full session may be charged.
